Quality issues

If there was a quality problem such as a misprint or damage, customers could contact us within 30 days of delivery. After checking the details we exchanged the item or refunded it in full.

Change of mind

Every item is produced one at a time after the order is placed. For that reason we could not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as the wrong size or a different impression of the design. Size guides are provided on each product page.

How refunds were issued

Refunds were returned to the original payment method. The time needed to appear depends on the card issuer or payment provider.
